Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Sports Bistro carefully selects only premium, high-quality products from top-name vendors geared to meet your specific sports nutrition needs. If, however, you decide to change your mind on any purchase, we will provide a full refund or account credit in the amount of your product purchase upon return of your unopened item(s) with proof of purchase. Items must be received at our returns department within 30 days of your order. Refer to Returns policy below.
Order Processing, Shipping and Delivery
We estimate shipping dates based on the availability of your items and delivery dates based on the shipping options you choose. If your ordered items are currently available within our warehouse, your package is typically shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Delivery estimates for in-stock items are as follows:
* Standard – Delivery within 3 – 10 business days of order entry, no weekend delivery.
* 2-Day – Delivery within 2 - 3 business days of order entry, no weekend delivery.
* Overnight – Delivery within 1 - 2 business days of order entry, no weekend delivery.
Returns
You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or account credit minus shipping costs. In the event of an exchange for an item of a different price, we will credit/refund or charge you the difference. If the return is a result of an error on our part, e.g. you received an incorrect or damaged item, Sports Bistro will pay all shipping costs incurred as a result of the error.

Please include a copy of the packing list with the shipment, circle the SKU #/line item you are returning, the reason for the return, and whether or not you would like an exchange or refund. Items must be received at our returns department within 30 days of your order in order to properly process your return or refund.
Limit on Quantities
Sports Bistro reserves the right to limit quantities on any single order in order to ensure product availability to all our customers.
